STW Development Foundation Helping Communities
The Southern Tier West Development Foundation is a locally controlled grantmaking organization that provides seed or incentive funding in support of a wide range of community development activities. The mission of the Foundation is to strengthen the region by working in partnership with communities to (1) build philanthropic resources, (2) connect donors to organizations and programs they care about, (3) make effective grants, and (4) provide leadership to address community issues.
