NYS GOSC Small Cities
In New York, the Governor's Office for Small Cities (GOSC) administers Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program that is funded through US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The CDBG program provides grants to eligible counties, cities, town, and villages to revitalize neighborhoods, expand affordable housing and economic opportunities and improve community facilities and services.
