Wind Energy Project Management & Reporting
David Zorn of the GFLRPC will lead this project for the participating regional planning councils. Mr. Zorn shall work closely with and report to the NYSERDA Project Manager on all aspects of this project.

A. GFLRPC shall provide monthly progress reports to the NYSERDA Project Manager detailing:

• Number of contacts requesting assistance on wind issues (including contact names and locations):
  
• Number of workshops/presentations performed in the previous month, included numbers of attendees and locations;
  
• Type of assistance provided for requests.
  
• Report on marketing project to localities.
  
• Copies of any materials prepared and distributed to localities.

B. GFLRPC will arrange quarterly conference calls among RPCs to share information and progress to date; NYSERDA's project manager shall be invited to participate in these calls.
