Includes website hosting, regular software updates, access to COMPASS municipal software, domain hosting, standardized website templates, governance practices, and administrative training and support. Municipalities will continue to maintain the integrity of their individual websites, while staff will be available to assist with the administrative aspects of the entire program. $400/year E-mail Services Microsoft 365 Essentials with 10 GB storage $100/year Laserfiche Cloud Management System Shared Service Participant User "Read Only" $125/year Laserfiche Cloud Management System Shared Service Professional User "Full Access" $435/year ArcGIS Online Contributor User User type for viewing and editing shared data but not creating or analyzing content. $120/year ArcGIS Online Mobile Worker User Shared Service User type for field staff who collect data and do mobile workflows. $750/year ArcGIS Online Creator User Shared Service User type for creating and sharing maps/apps, analysis, and content management. $750/year |
