​DRAFT Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy CEDS 2023-2028

The region’s five-year economic plan or CEDS (Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy) was released for its 30-day comment period on August 22, 2023.  The plan can be mailed upon request, or accessed by clicking on the link above. 

Comments and feedback can be emailed to Stephanie Beneng at sbeneng@southerntierwest.org through September 20, or mailed to Southern Tier West at 4039 Route 219, Suite 200, Salamanca, NY 14779.  The plan and its public comments will be reviewed at the Southern Tier West Regional Planning and Development Board meeting on September 21, 2023.
