Take advantage of this opportunity to get your company's name and message in front of 350 municipal officials. Attendees include municipal clerks, board members, planning and zoning officials, code enforcement officers, court clerks, justices, and county representatives!

Exhibitor Fees

• $300 Exhibitor fee 
  
• $250 if you are a Southern Tier West Corporate Supporter
  
• FREE if you are a STW Corporate Sponsor

Exhibitor Logistics
We offer each exhibitor a 6-foot table with tablecloth and two chairs. If you need additional space or chairs, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.  You may want to bring a power cord if you need electric for your exhibit.  WIFI Internet is offered in the exhibit area, which is the Reinhold Campus Center Lounge.

Exhibitor Set-up and Breakdown
You can set up your exhibit any time from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. the day before Conference, or beginning at 7:00 a.m. the day of Conference.  Breakdown usually begins following the afternoon break at 2:45 p.m
